This website offers visitors services related to personal advice, guidance and support, more specifically Mental Coaching in the sense of Burn-out Coaching, Stress and Anxiety Coaching, Children's Coaching and Executive Coaching. By accessing or using the website and our services, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

The goal of the Coaching is to work on the realization of these goals is a creative and motivating process that requires energy but yields a lot. You have agreed a trajectory with your coach to achieve your goals. The personal goals can be tightened or adjusted during interim evaluations. Before starting the implementation of this process, we agree on a mutual working relationship based on equality.

The fee for the services and any other costs you may incur in connection with your use of our services, such as taxes and any transaction costs, will be charged to your chosen payment method.

 

An additional agreement and an invoice will be drawn up separately between the parties for the paid services.

 

Services for which an appointment has been made and paid for are not entitled to a refund. Cancellations before the required period of 2 days only give the right to make a new appointment for the same service. For cancellations outside the required period, the service is considered to have been purchased and the payment obligation entered into must be met 

 

We may, without notice, change the Services; stop providing the services or features of the services we offer; or set limits on the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason or no reason.

 

The Service and all materials transmitted therein or transmitted therewith, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of YourCore Consulting bv. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from.

 

You acknowledge and agree that by uploading any content (including but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, confirms that you have all relevant rights or that you have received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/transmit the content. You consent and agree that the uploaded/transmitted content may be publicly displayed on the website.

All such claims and disputes shall be brought and you hereby agree to be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Netherlands. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

 

The European guidelines for coaches are respected by YourCore Consulting BV and its coaches. It markets its services under the brand name “YourCore Mind Coaching”

 

YourCore Consulting bv is a member of the Flemish Association of Recognized Coaches and thus endorses the deontological code for the professional group.
